Susan grew up in Rhode Island and graduated from La Salle Academy before heading to Boston for college. She earned a degree in Graphic Arts and then moved to Block Island to work as a Production Assistant at The Block Island Times. Over the years, she became the Advertising Production Manager and the longest-serving employee, enduring four ownership changes. After nearly two decades on Block Island—a period she fondly calls "hard time on the rock"—she relocated to Wakefield, drawn by the ocean, the small-town New England charm, and the proximity to Providence, Newport, New York, and Boston.

An aspiring architect, Susan enjoys renovating houses. She and her husband Ted recently completed a major renovation of their home, managing to keep their sense of humor despite sharing the space with four teenagers, two dogs, and a cat, all of whom were not thrilled with the months-long lack of a kitchen.

Transitioning to real estate felt like a natural step for Susan. She had spent considerable time crafting advertisements for real estate agencies and had a passion for architecture and design. Her ability to connect with people and understand what they are looking for in a home makes her job enjoyable and reduces stress for her clients. Susan looks forward to meeting new clients and discussing their future hopes and dreams.
